The company employs nearly 150 people, including 60 office-based Odoo users and 80 production operators.
Their Needs
Teconex required a sustainable, modern solution to consolidate their entire business operations, focusing on three key pillars:
Unified Operations: Managing two distinct business models, high-volume wholesale (buy-and-sell) and complex industrial manufacturing (assembly), within a single integrated tool
An "Out-of-the-Box" Strategy: A strong commitment to using Standard Odoo (without custom development) to ensure seamless future updates and long-term technical scalability.
Phased Migration: A secure, step-by-step transition (CRM > Accounting > Operations) to manage change effectively without disrupting the daily work of their 150 employees.
La solution Idealis
A comprehensive Odoo ecosystem was deployed to cover the company's entire workflow:
- Core Operations: Sales, Purchase, Inventory (integrated with barcode scanners), and Manufacturing (MRP) for terminal and cabinet production.
- Admin & HR: Full Accounting, along with HR apps such as Appraisals, Expenses, and even the Lunch app for staff meals.
- Reporting: Implementation of Smart Analytics Dashboards to monitor operator performance and generate reports for management and stakeholders.
- Standard Approach: Unlike many projects of this scale, the solution relies almost entirely on native Odoo configurations rather than custom code.
