Could you briefly introduce yourself?


Louis: Hello, my name is Louis, and I am a Data Analyst at Idealis Group. I am also the product manager for the Smart Analytics solution.

Sébastien: Hello, I am Sébastien Bolin, CEO of the Retailux Group. Our company specializes in introducing new international brands to Luxembourg. We are the franchisees of Kiko Milano and Guapaus. Today, we are at our Kiko Milano store located at Cloche d'Or, the first one we opened last year.


What challenges have you faced recently?


Sébastien: Kiko Milano is a leading Italian makeup brand with over 1,000 stores worldwide. In Luxembourg, we have already opened 5 points of sale. To efficiently manage our inventory, human resources, and sales, we chose the Odoo solution. However, we needed an additional tool for reporting and dashboards.

Louis: To meet Sébastien's needs, we integrated Smart Analytics, a solution developed by Idealis. It leverages Business Intelligence software like Microsoft Power BI and Google Looker Studio, allowing for the creation of customized reports and dashboards.

Grâce à Smart Analytics, j’ai pu définir avec Idéalis des indicateurs clés qui me permettent de suivre la performance de mes magasins, tels que le chiffre d’affaires, le panier moyen, le taux de conversion et l’évolution des ventes. Avec un simple clic, j’ai accès à l’ensemble des données de mes magasins, ce qui me permet de prendre des décisions stratégiques rapidement.

A custom tool for optimal performance


Sébastien: I am very satisfied with Smart Analytics for several reasons. First, it saves us an enormous amount of time. Second, the solution is tailored to our specific needs. For example, we have over 1,500 products in store, so inventory management is crucial. With Smart Analytics, I can monitor my stock daily and identify that 35% of my best-sellers generate 50% of my revenue. This helps me prioritize my actions and better manage my key products.


Louis: We have designed custom dashboards to meet these needs, and we are thrilled to see that this has a direct impact on the success of Sébastien's stores.
