EXKI is a Belgian chain of over 100 restaurants offering fresh, high-quality products ready to be enjoyed.
Their philosophy? “Eating in harmony with nature is the best way to be healthy and stay that way. Cooking with seasonal products, valuing plant-based foods, and prioritizing farmers who respect the planet, that’s what we do every day at EXKI.
Their needs
EXKI had several key needs: optimizing stock management to reduce waste, avoiding duplicate data entry, improving transfer handling, and accelerating inventory processes. It was also essential to effectively utilize point-of-sale data to consolidate reporting and facilitate strategic decision-making, particularly regarding stock optimization and product selection. Finally, providing an online ordering and delivery solution was necessary to meet customer expectations.
Solution
Idealis has been a partner of EXKI since 2015. The ERP solutions implemented have evolved over the years as the company continues to grow and open new restaurants annually. The Idealis Consulting team has deployed customized solutions (Odoo Sales, Odoo Inventory, Odoo Accounting, Odoo Purchase, Odoo eCommerce, and Odoo Employee Directory) tailored to EXKI’s needs:
For online ordering and customer delivery, Idealis contributed to defining the processes and developed a specific Click & Collect application integrated into EXKI’s website. Customers can order directly from the website (try it for yourself).

Ekivrac
Ekivrac was using a POS solution that did not allow them to manage purchases, accounting, or centralize sales data across all their stores. They needed to unify and centralize their processes.
Jacques Remy Et Fils
Het bedrijf wilde een modern en gebruiksvriendelijk systeem om een verouderde tool te vervangen. De teams van Idealis Consulting en Jacques Remy hebben anderhalf jaar gewerkt om dit project op te leveren.

Ons team assisteerde Nutradia bij de migratie van hun Odoo V14 naar Odoo 16.
