            To expand our team we are looking for an SAP Business Unit Manager.


                          

                    JOB DESCRIPTION


                    As SAP Business Unit Manager you will be active in several domains:


                    >     Business Development

                    • Research and identify new business opportunities or new ways of reaching existing markets;

                    • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation;

                    • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone;

                    • Develop a long-term relationships with customers/clients;

                    • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates;

                    • Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases;

                    • Draft and review contracts.

                    > Team Management

                    • Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals;

                    • Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential;

                    • Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills;

                    • Conduct performance reviews;

                    • Contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team, create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

                    >     Recruitment

                    • Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs;

                    • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy;

                    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;

                    • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process, onboarding and new hire process.

                                               



                     PROFILE


                    - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Management,Engineering
                              Human Resources,...

                    - At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function

                    - Work experience in the ICT sector (ideally SAP)

                    - Fluent in French or Dutch and in English 

                    - Strategic vision

                    - Entrepreneurial spirit

                    - Assertive communication

                    - Autonomous
