To expand our team we are looking for an Office Manager.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
As an Office Manager your responsabilities will be as follows:

Manage and negotiate contracts with office suppliers & service providers

Carry out regular checks of inventory and office condition to identify any areas where improvement is needed

Build, maintain and manage successful relationships with suppliers (e.g. cleaning, catering, ...) and building management, scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance

Manage access Badges

Organize meetings, training and/or events in Belgium and abroad in order to effectively support the management

Welcome visitors/deliveries and answer phone calls, manage the mail in general
-
Invoicing in liaison with the Accounting team

Responsible of the fleet management (contact with leasing companies, insurers, .managing fuel cards, follow-up of accidents, updating of data in the system, ...)
- Manage insurances: Health Care and group insurance
- Handle administrative tasks (scanning, printing, archiving, ...)

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor in an administrative branch
-
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
-
Fluent in French and Dutch and good knowledge in English
Good knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, ...)
Excellent spelling
Well organized and rigorous
Ability to work in autonomy
- Team player and good communication skills
