JUNIOR HRIS CONSULTANT

POSITION DESCRIPTION


As Junior HRIS Consultant you will be active in several domains:

  • Conduct interviews to capture and document business needs which you’ll then transform into requirements for IT solutions

  • Participate in testing and validation phases of the proposed solution

  • Follow up on the implementation

  • Organise review meetings and demos to ensure that the solution meets the requirements

  • Provide support for all HR applications and systems

  • Create integrated and complex reporting, analyze the results and present/explain it in a clear and relevant way

  • Write user manuals and other documentation and train existing users on new capabilities

  • Proactively communicate with project team members to anticipate issues and identify possible solutions

YOUR PROFILE


  • You have a Master degree in a related area (Human Ressources or experience in this area, Business Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Economic sciences...)

  • You are at the beginning of your professional career

  • You are solutions minded, proactive and a team player

  • You are independent, fast worker and flexible

  • You have an energetic personality with a positive attitude

  • You are fluent in French or Dutch and English

  • Your people skills will enable you to build lasting and trusting relationships with our clients
