To expand our team we are looking for a TRAINING SPECIALIST to help our employees develop their skills and knowledge.

As Training Specialist, you will join an innovative team of Consultants to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel. You will be responsible for the coaching and development of our team members through the Idealis Academy Programme.

You will also use your training and interpersonal skills to conduct customer end user functional training on Odoo.


As Training Specialist you will be active in several domains :

  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule training sessions;
  • Design effective training programs;
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum; 
  • Oversee and conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures;
  • Manage training budgets;
  • Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos and presentations;
  • Support and mentor new employees through their onboarding process;
  • Keep attendance and other records;
  • Provide functional training to Users and Customers on Odoo.


  • Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Finance, Management, Public Relations, IT or a related field;
  • Must have experience in providing classroom or online training with expertise managing a complex training environment;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills;
  •  Strong knowledge of training procedures, methodologies, and materials; 
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position;
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus;
  • Strong understanding of Idealis Consulting's business processes. An experience with Odoo or equivalent ERP a plus.
